A Sino-foreign joint venture--Dayi Paper Co., Ltd. was established (The Chinese side was jointly established by five state-owned papermaking companies affiliated to Jinan Paper Industry-Shandong Paper General Factory East Factory, Shandong Paper General Factory West Factory, Shandong Advanced Thin Paper Factory, Jinan Paper Factory, and Jinan Pulp Factory).

Due to the failure of the former joint venture, Dayi Paper Co., Ltd. divided into several Chinese state-owned papermaking companies-Jinan Lufeng Paper Co., Ltd., Jinan Chenguang Paper Co., Ltd., Jinan Yinxing Paper Co., Ltd., and Jinan Jinzhi Paper Co. Ltd.

Dayi Paper Co., Ltd. returned to be state-owned company affiliated to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jinan government.

Jinan Runyi Group integrated the relevant paper resources of Lufeng, Chenguang, Yinxing and Jinzhi, and established Jinan Xinyi Special Paper Co., Ltd.

Jinan Xinyi parchment series products, dictionary paper, and wrapped insulating paper were maintaining more than 30% market, and Grade T parchment completely replaced the domestic imported parchment market. In the same year, Xinyi Company invested and established a production base Shandong Runcheng Special Paper Co., Ltd.

Jinan Xinyi Special Paper Co., Ltd. and Shandong Runcheng Special Paper Co., Ltd. has cooperated with old customers to develop together, in the meantime,we also continue to explore new markets and welcome new partners to create a better future together.
